As a service-based business, Afrinubi Solutions does not offer refunds for completed projects, given the substantial time and effort we invest in delivering quality results. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and cancellations are accepted if you decide to alter your plans before commencing our services, with a full refund of your payment provided upon cancellation. Your satisfaction and flexibility in working with us are our top priorities.
Web Design Refund Policy
All deposits for the start of work are non-refundable. If a project is canceled prior to starting, then your deposit will be refunded. Client will be responsible for any additional fees or costs provided by the website platform such as website host packages, domain name purchases, and any package upgrades.
Project Turnaround Time
For our web design projects, our typical turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks, starting from the moment we receive both the initial and final payments. However, to ensure your project is completed promptly, we kindly request that you provide us with your content as soon as possible before we commence our services. This collaboration will help us deliver a high-quality website within the specified timeframe.
Projects Under $200.00
For projects valued at less than $200, full payment is required upfront before we initiate any work to streamline the process efficiently. For projects exceeding $200, we offer convenient payment plans, with half of the total amount due at the project's commencement and the remaining half upon completion. It's essential to note that all deposits made on projects are fully refundable in the event of cancellation before we commence any work on your project.
