On August 22, 2025, the Gallatin Housing Authority, in partnership with Elmington Property Management and the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA), proudly celebrated the grand opening of Sumner Garden Courts.

This new affordable housing community adds 48 brand-new rental units to the already existing 100 units on the property, helping meet the overwhelming demand for affordable housing in Sumner County. How Much Was The Investment

According to housing authority data, Sumner County still needs at least 20,000 affordable housing units to meet current demand.
